We know the VALUE of Technical Support availability
thus, all of our Subscribers are accorded with UNLIMITED
number of Technical Support inquiries on 24/7/365
availability basis.
Where and How do I get Technical Support ?
We provide Three (3) avenues of Technical Support
Facilities for our Subscribers these are:
1. Web - Online Documentation
Our Online Documentation contains detailed information and instructions for
just about everything a Subscriber might need to be able to administer all the
available Virtual Host Server resources of our company.
Our Online Documentation includes a Start-Up Instructional Guide for those
who are new to our Virtual Hosting Services; an Advance Instructional Guide
for those who are in need of special server settings and configurations; and a
Troubleshooting Guide for those who want to have a hands-on diagnosis on
their Technical Problems.
2. Email - support@www.com.ph
If answers or solutions are not readily available on our Online Documenation,
Subscribers have the option / alternative to send a HELP ME EMAIL to our
Technical Support Group at Email Address support@www.com.ph which is
available to our Subscribers on a 24/7/365 availability basis.
3. Phone - (+632) 933-2684
Live Technical Support over the Phone is available to our Subscribers from
Monday to Friday between 9:00AM to 6:00PM.
Subscribers may request, in advance, for a Special Live Technical Support
over the Phone beyond 6:00PM and during weekends (Saturday / Sunday)
or Public Holidays.
